Return and refund policy

1. Return Policy

  • You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was shipped.
  • To initiate a return, contact customer service at support@karecure.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.

4. Non-returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned:
  • Opened or used or Damage caused by customers are not returnable.
  • Personalized or customized products.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for the same item or issue a full refund.
